Study On The Improvement Of Health Care And Pension Integration Model For The Aged Care Service Of China

With the rapid development of society, the change of living environment and conditions constantly extend the human life.China’s elderly population is gradually increasing, entered the aging society, and brought about pension issues of population and development services has caused great concern in the community, while the previous pension model alone can not meet the growing demand for a variety of services for the elderly, such as health care, life care, spiritual comfort, health counseling, old culture, rehabilitation and hospice illness and so on. entered the aging society.In recent years, local government in our country take active exploration and attempt on how to combine pension and medical resources and services. however, China’s local government in the medical support fusion development level of service is still in the initial stage, there exists lots of problems such as the model is not clear, the system is not sound, lagging behind the development of social service organizations, lack of unified and coordinated security platform., and so on.Therefor, how to coordinate the medicine to support the integration mode of the organizations, how to promote the construction of the system,how to promote the medical support fusion defects in the development of many social service organization development backward and stagnant, promote social service organizations in medicine raise fusion mode realize normalization, diversified, scientific, continuous medical support integration, so as to realize the medical to support the integration of multi service organization in the fusion quality improvement is the core of this paper.Based on this, according to the research idea of " Problem Found-Problem Analysis - Hypothesis Formation-Hypothesis Demonstration ", the author through combing the current development of the medical model to support integration, discovery research problems; by further refining of the problem and found that China’s medical support integration mode encountered a major obstacle to advancing the development of the medical support that model of integration is insufficient to support a single, converged society as a whole pension demand, which needs to be perfected. Furthermore, problem-oriented, comprehensive integrity of our health care services to support multiple integration mode of the system, the organization, and improve coordination of research platforms, to analyze, design and feasibility studies, draw perfect program reasonable and progressive nature of the findings.
