There was all statistical difference between them(P<0.05).(2)The positive expression rates of EGFR, ER-a and ER-β protein in female patients were dramatically higher than those of male patients, There was statistical difference between them(p<0.05).(3) In PTC, The positive ratio of Survivin, VEGF, ER-a and ER-β protein with lymph node metastasis were 73.3%,90%,73.3% and 70% which were prominently higher than those without lymph node metastasis. No relationships were found between expression of the makers and other clinicopathological features in PTC.(4)In PTC, The expression of EGFR and Survivin were positively correlated (χ2 =5.595, P<0.05, r=0.237); The expression of EGFR and ER-α were positively correlated in PTC (χ2=4.735, P<0.05, r=0.218); The expression of EGFR and ER-β were negative correlated in PTC (χ2=5.563, P<0.05, r=-0.236); The expression of VEGF and ER-α were positively correlated in PTC (χ2=5.411, P<0.05, r=0.233); The expression of VEGF and ER-β were negative correlated in PTC (χ2=7.692, P<0.05, r=-0.277);Conclusion(1) The Survivinã€VEGFã€EGFRã€ER-α and ER-β protein were involved in the occurrence and development process of PTC, moreover, Survivin, VEGF, ER-α and ER-β may promote the procedure of cancer cell spreading to lymph nodes;(2) There may exist synergistic effect between EGFR and Survivin. Estrogen can up regulation the expression of VEGF and EGFR by ER-α receptor, and down regulation the expression of VEGF and EGFR by ER-β receptor to affect the angiogenesis of PTC.(3) The over expression of VEGF, EGFR, ER-α and ER-β in PTC may provide preliminary experimental basis for the treatment of PTC, which using the targeted drugs aimed at VEGF, EGFR, ER-α and ER-β. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | Papillary thyroid carcinoma, Survivin, VEGF, EGFR, ER-α, ER-β | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
