[Study Objective]To understand AIDS related knowledge awareness, behavior characteristics, detection conditions of HTV,TP and HCV among young students in Jinan and Liaocheng of Shandong Province from 2011-2015. To analyze related influencing factors of AIDS among young students in two cities, so as to provide the basis for carrying out AIDS propaganda education and intervention activities pertinently and provide a reference basis for making AIDS control strategy and intervention measures.[Study Methods]Adopting a cluster sampling method, samples were extracted from April to June in 2011-2015.The questionnaire was made according to student Health Questionnaire among National AIDS Sentinel Surveillance Program Operating Manual. Investigators were all trained in a unified AIDS knowledge and survey technique. After informed consent, the questionnaire was filled out anonymously by the students in the classroom, blood samples were collected at the scene of the survey. Blood samples and questionnaires were brought back to CDC for conducting blood samples test and questionnaires arrangement and input. A total of 7984 valid questionnaires were obtained. Database being checked and revised twice was imported into the SPSS 17.0 software for statistical analysis[Study Results]Among 7984 young students the awareness rate of AIDS knowledge was 91.06%,boy students’awareness rate was 92.80%,girl students’awareness rate was 89.68%.664 students admitted that there had been a sexual experience, accounting for 8.32%, there were 453 boy students and 197 girl students. The average age of the first sexual behavior was 19.63±1.90 years old, The first sexual behavior object is the spouse, girl/boyfriend in love, commercial sexual partners, casual sexual partners and homosexual partners respectively accounted for 0.14%,7.11%,0.20%,0.31% and 0.15% of the total number of surveys,48.64% students admitted that condoms were used in first sexual behavior.4.15% students admitted that there was a fixed partner,3.81% students admitted that fixed sexual behavior occurred in the past year.67.43% students admitted that they had used condoms when having fixed sexual behavior in the past time.1.95% students admitted that they had sexual behavior with casual sexual partners in the past year, among which 59.62% students admitted that they had used condoms when having casual sexual behavior in the past time.0.61% students admitted that they had sexual behavior with commercial sexual partners in the past year, the most one who admitted that he had sexual behavior with 30 commercial sexual partners, among which 40.82% students admitted that they had used condoms when having commercial sexual behavior in the past time.0.65% students admitted that they had anal sexual behavior with same-sex in the past year, the most one who admitted that he had 5 same-sex partners, among which 42.31% students admitted that they had used condoms when having anal sexual behavior with same-sex in the past time.0.10% students admitted that they had drug taking behavior. Within a year before the survey, the students who received and participated in the AIDS advocacy services accounted for 40.61% and 20.30% of the total number of survey respectively from 2011-2015. Within a year before the survey, the ratio of the number of students who received and participated in the AIDS advocacy services to the number of students surveyed per year was 45.94%,52.69%, 33.59%、36.25%、34.50% and 35.31%、23.06%、12.88%、20.00%、10.19% respectively. The students who admitted that they had done HIV antibody test in the past year accounted for 2.08% of the total number of survey from 2011-2015. The ratio of the number of students who admitted that they had done HIV antibody test to the number of students surveyed in the past year was 2.31%, 2.81%、2.65%、2.50%、0.13% respectively, among which 75.30% students knew the results. The detective rate of antibody positive of HIV, TP and HCV was 0.013%、0.18% and 0.38% respectively.(Positive detection rate of HIV, TP and HCV antibody was 0.013%,0.18% and 0.38% respectively). Male and older age were positively correlated with the occurrence of sexual behavior;Male, minorities and the score of knowing AIDS knowledge less than 6 were positively correlated with the occurrence of dangerous sexual behavior in the past year.[Study Conclusions]1. The overall condition of AIDS knowledge awareness was well among young students in two cities, it has reached the requirements of the State Council China’s "12th Five-Year" Action Plan for the Restraint and Control of AIDS that AIDS knowledge awareness rate should reach more than 90%" at the end of 2015.But there still existed some problems, such as, the correct rate of individual knowledge points was not high, part of the knowledge is still stuck in the intuitive perceptual knowledge level.2. Young students have drug taking behavior, they are high risk groups for AIDS transmission. Within one year before the survey, the ratio of the young students who received and participated in the AIDS advocacy services is low, And both of them showed a downward trend year by year in five years. The proportion of HTV antibody test in the last year of young students was low, and it showed a downward trend year by year.3. In 2014,the first HTV antibody positive was found among young students in the sentinel surveillance, at the same time there were TP and HCV antibody positive, there are various high risk sexual behaviors among young students, there are risk of AIDS transmission among young students.4. The occurrence rate of sexual behavior is much higher among those students who were male, older age; the occurrence rate of dangerous sexual behavior is much higher among those students who were male, minorities and the low score of knowing AIDS knowledge in the past year.
