Clinical Study On Treating The Oligospermia And Asthenospermia With Kidney Vacuity And Essence Depletion Using Acupuncture In Combination With Acupoint Injection

PurposeTo observe the clinical curative effect of acupuncture combined with acupoint injection in treating the type of kidney vacuity and essence depletion, and expand thoughts on treating the oligospermia and asthenospermia with kidney vacuity and essence depletion.MethodsThe cases are from the Acupuncture Department and Andrology Clinic of our hospital. We divided 60 patients who meet the inclusion criteria into treatment group (acupuncture combined with point injection) and control group (acupuncture) randomly,30 cases in each group. The treatment cycle is 3 months, each course of 45 days and two courses in total. The treatment goes once every other day, a total of 22 times. Semen parameters analysis and traditional Chinese medicine kidney vacuity and essence depletion symptom score shall be carried out by special personnel to the patients of the two groups prior to the treatment; After each course of treatment, carry out semen parameters analysis and traditional Chinese medicine kidney vacuity and essence depletion symptom score to the patients of the two groups (one time for each course of treatment); Finally, conduct data statistics and analysis, and then come to a conclusion.Results1.Analysis of semen quality indexes in the treatment after the first course of treatment-acupuncture combined with acupoint injection group and acupuncture group are significantly improved compared with previous treatment. But acupuncture combined with point injection group is better than the acupuncture group (two groups of curative effect comparison P<0.05) on the improvement of sperm motility (a,a+b) and sperm activity rate. There is no difference in sperm density between the acupuncture group and the acupuncture group (P>0.05). After the first course of treatment, acupuncture combined with acupoint injection group:sperm density low 16 cases (53.33%), low sperm motility:a,24 cases (80%); a+b,17 cases (56.67%), low sperm live rate,18 cases (60%). Acupuncture group:low sperm density,17 cases (56.67%), low sperm motility:a,30 cases (100%); a+b,23 cases (76.67%), low sperm live rate 28 cases (93.33%).2.Analysis of semen examination indexes of second after the end of treatmentracupuncture combined with acupoint injection group and acupuncture group of the indicators are significantly improved compared with previous treatment. The improvement of sperm motility (a,a+b) and sperm density of acupuncture combined with acupoint injection group is higher than that of acupuncture group (P<0.05). After the second course of treatment, acupuncture combined with acupoint injection group:low spermatozoon density,2 cases (6.67%), low sperm motility:a,10 cases (33.33%); a+b, low sperm,8 cases (26.67%), low sperm live rate,6 cases (20%). Acupuncture group:sperm density low,8 cases (26.67%), low sperm motility:a,19 cases (63.33%); a+b,15 cases (50%), low sperm live rate,17 cases (56.67%).3. After two courses of the treatment, there are some differences of 2 groups before and after the treatment of symptom scores (P<0.01). It proves that two groups of the treatment plan can improve or eliminate the symptoms and signs. After the first course of treatment, acupuncture combined with point injection group is better than acupuncture group in alleviating symptoms, and there is no difference between the two groups in the improvement of symptoms after the second course of treatment.4. After two courses of treatment, the clinical efficacy evaluate that acupuncture plus point injection group has an efficiency of 20 cases, markedly effective in 93.33%, ineffective of 2 cases. The effective rate of acupuncture group is 80%, and 9 cases were markedly effective,6 cases ineffective. The curative effect of the treatment group is significantly better than that of the control group (P< 0.01).Conclusion1.Acupuncture combined with acupoint injection group in symptom scores decreases faster than the acupuncture group, which can better improve the traditional Chinese medicine symptoms and signs.2.In clinical curative effect of treating the oligospermia and asthenospermia with kidney vacuity and essence depletion, the group using acupuncture in combination with acupoint injection is better than the group using acupuncture.
