| Objective: Observation the effectiveness of Jinkuishenqi pill combined with Acupoint Application in the treatment of kidney yang deficiency type chronic prostatitis to explore a simple and effective treatment method of TCM, To provide reference and theoretical basis for the future clinical application.Methods:Selected in Heilongjiang Province Hospital of TCM andrology clinic may 2015 to 2016 march in our hospital for treatment of syndrome differentiation for 100 cases of patients with kidney yang deficiency type chronic prostatitis.,were randomly divided into treatment group and control group each of 50 cases.To observe and record index and record adverse reactions, the two groups are in a course of 1 month. Observation before and after treatment in each group of prostate fluid routine(EPS-R) and chronic prostatitis symptom score(NIH-CPSI) and TCM syndrome integral, and the treatment in the two groups before and after the NIH-CPSI scores and TCM syndrome integral to do a comprehensive comparison, draws the conclusion.Result: The efficacy of NIH-CPSI in the two groups was compared, the total effective rate of the two groups was 82.92%, 75%, and the difference was significant(P<0.05); Chinese medicine syndrome curative effect comparison, the total effective rate of two groups were 80.48%, 67.50%, the difference was significant, there was statistical difference(P<0.05), two groups of patients in the treatment period did not appear obvious adverse reactions.Conclusion:(1) In improving symptoms, the curative effect for treating kidney yang deficiency type chronic prostatitis was Jingui shenqi pill combined with Acupoint Application(2) The improvement of symptoms alone Jingui shenqi pill treatment of kidney yang deficiency type chronic prostatitis effectively.(3) In the treatment of kidney yang deficiency type chronic prostatitis symptom improvement and Jingui Shenqi Pill Combined with acupoint paste compared with the single Jingui Shenqi Pill has obvious advantages. |
