| Objective:To compare the clinical effect of warm acupuncture combined with acupoint application and conventional acupuncture on chronic prostatitis with kidney Yang deficiency.Methods:66 patients with chronic prostatitis with kidney Yang deficiency were included and divided into treatment group(warm acupuncture and moxibustion combined with acupoint application group)and control group(acupuncture group)according to the random number generated by SPSS26.0,with 33 cases in each group.During the actual clinical treatment,3 cases were shed in both groups, and 30 cases were included in the final treatment group and control group respectively.By observing the clinical efficacy, the total score of TCM symptoms before and after treatment, the score of TCM single symptom and the score of chronic prostatic inf lammation scale, the difference of efficacy between the two groups was compared.Results:(1)After treatment, the total clinical effect was 93.3%in the treatment group and 73.3%in the control group. The total clinical effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the total score of TCM symptoms in both groups was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.01),and the single score of TCM symptoms in both groups was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group in improving the frequency of urination,post-urine dripping, urethral turbidity, scrotal cold, cold waist and knee pain and cold limbs(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference between the two groups in improving symptoms such as urgency of urination, lethargy and local swelling of perineum(P>0.05).(2)The total NIH-CPSI score of the two groups after treatment was lower than that before treatment(P<0.05),and the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of warm acupuncture combined with acupoint application on chronic prostatitis with kidney Yang deficiency is superior to conventional acupuncture. |
