Clinical Experience Summary Of Professor Shu Peng Treatment Of Colorectal Cancer Based On Data Mining

Research objective:Based on data mining technology,the herbs that Professor Shu Peng use to treat colorectal cancer are analyzed,the prescription regularity that Professor Shu Peng uses to treat colorectal cancer is inductived,and the clinical experience is preliminary summaried, so as to provide reference on colorectal cancer treatment for fellow.Research method:200 medical records of Professor Shu Peng treating colorectal cancer are collected,then these information is extracted,and these data is inputed Microsoft Excel to establish the database. Using Microsoft Excel, descriptive statistics is carried out on the herbs,the classification of herbs,the siqi of the herbs,the wuwei of the herbs,the channel tropism of the herbs. Using SPSS Modeler 14.1 as a data mining platform,based on the association analysis of data mining technology, the relation between the herb is analyzed.Results:The 200 medical records involve 155 herbs, and the total number of the herb usage is 3550. The herb use frequency of 20% or more is 24 herbs,and the top ten used herbs are respectively as follows:liquorice, atractylodes, poria cocos, dried tangerine or orange peel, pinellia, radix astragali, yam, rhizoma coptidis, ebony, radix paeoniae alba.The classification of herbs is 18, and the top five the classification of used herbs are respectively as follows:tonify deficiency,clearing heat,regulating Qi, clearing damp and promoting diuresis, resolving Phlegm and relieving cough and asthma; the top three siqi of used herbs are respectively as follows: warm, flat, cold; the top three wuwei of used herbs are respectively as follows:sweet,bitter,acrid; the top five the channel tropism of the used herbs are respectively as follows:spleen, lung, stomach, liver, heart.Based on the association analysis of the used herbs, the top three confidence coefficient herb pairs are respectively as follows:dried tangerine or orange peel→pinellia, pinellia→dried tangerine or orange peel, atractylodes→radix paeoniae alba; the top three support coefficient herb pairs are respectively as follows:poria cocos→atractylodes, dried tangerine or orange peel→atractylodes, pinellia→atractylodes.Conclusion:Base on the data mining for Professor Shu Peng’s treatment of colorectal cancer,Professor Shu Peng’s treatment of colorectal cancer is base on tonifying deficiency and tonifying spleen,and use"tonifying deficiency in order to remove lump"as the treatment concept.
