Summary Of Professor Yang Lihua’s Medication Rule In The Treatment Of Functional Dyspepsia Based On Data Mining Technology

Objective: Taking Professor Yang Lihua’s outpatient medical records for the treatment of functional dyspepsia patients as the subject investigated,based on data mining technology,using the software of TCMISS(V2.5),to analyze the composition of core traditional Chinese medicine and the combination of new prescriptions of Professor Yang Lihua in the treatment of functional dyspepsia,which is conducive to Professor Yang Lihua’s clinical experience inheritance and offers reference ideas for treatment of this disease.Methods: Collecting the first medical cases of functional dyspepsia patients of Professor Yang Lihua from the Changchun University of Chinese Medicine from January2019 to December 2020,after screening and standardized treatment,306 medical cases were included for the study.The TCMISS was used to complete basic information statistics,as well as analysis of the medication frequency,medication mode,confidence degree of prescription rules,potential core combination of medication,and new prescription,in combination with the clinical experience of Yang Lihua to analyze the data results,the rules of medication for the treatment of FD were summarized.Results: A total of 306 cases were collected,with 5 syndrome types,including 50 deficient cold of spleen and weak of stomach,58 cases of spleen-deficiency and qi-stagnation,60 cases of liver-stomach disharmony,72 cases of dampness-heat of spleen and stomach,and 66 cases of intermingled cold and heat.There are 245 drug use patterns,214 escription rules,86 potential core combinations and 43 potential new TCM combinations,among which 8 are new TCM combinations with clinical application value.Conclusion: In the treatment of functional dyspepsia,Professor Yang Lihua pays attention to treating both symptoms and root causes and preventing disease from exacerbating.She emphasizes that the asthenia in origin and asthenia in superficiality are the characteristics of the disease,and the treatment is always based on invigorating the spleen and regulating qi,nourishing Yin to adjust stomach.Symptomatic treatment according to promoting the circulation of qi and removing obstruction,promoting the flow of qi and relieving stagnancy,clearing heat and promoting diuresis,mildly regulating cold and heat,and soothing liver tonifying kidney,tonifying qi and nourishing Yin as supplement,and tonifying lung and stomach,cooling and nourishing Yin.The clinical effect is significantly,and it is worthy wide spreading.
