Objective:This study investigates the treatment and control of the hypertension in part of Community in Kunming. Methods:Adopting the cross-sectional study and taking the random sampling method, we selected the 200 hypertension patients in April 2015-October 2015 by physical examination in community health service center of Xishan district Zongshuying in Kunming for interviewing and doing the research as follows. Designing clinical epidemiology questionnaire, collecting the objects related to respondents(age, blood pressure, height, weight), counting the BMI, and recording the marital status, occupation, education, health care type, family history, previous medical history (diabetes, CAD, stroke and other), lifestyle (smoking, alcohol consumption, exercise, reasonable diet). Diagnostic criteria of hypertension based on the American Hypertension Prevention Guide (JNC8).We did the survey of the treatment rates of patients and got the analysis of the medication compliance. Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS 21.0 software package. The measurement date expressed as the plus or minus average variance, the comparison of mean using the t-test, the rate is calculated and compared using the chi-square test, and using logistic regression to analysis of factors associated with high blood pressure control rates.Results:(1) Overall, among the crowd in this survey, the rates of treatment and control of hypertension were 83.5% and 36.0%, respectively, and them had no correlation with age (r=0.133, P=0.067).The control rates in females is higher than male, but there was no significant difference between groups (34.14% vs 37.14%, P >0.05).(2) Single factor analysis showed that the rates of control of hypertension was significantly (P<0.05) with different working conditions, health care, exercise, dietary, combined CAD,different therapeutic schedules (including simple lifestyle intervention, lifestyle intervention and medication) and drug regimen. Multivariable Logistic regression analysis suggested the high blood pressure control was significantly with health care (the persons of medical insurance for urban employees compared with the new type of rural cooperative medical care, P<0.05, OR=7.575, 95%confidence interval,2.590-22.157), exercise (P<0.05, OR=0.463, 95%confidence interval,0.256-0.838), dietary (P<0.05, OR=0.412,95% confidence interval,0.217-0.781), and medicine (P<0.05, OR=0.412,95% confidence interval, 0.024-0.251).(3) The survey found that the group of not control of blood pressure had 128 examples, the reasons are as follows:23.44% of the population due to they think the body without discomfort, and didn’t taking medication; 21.09% of the patients due to memory is poor, can’t strictly prescribed medication, mainly in the elderly population of patients; 18.75% of the patients often to take medicine when the self-conscious symptom such as dizziness is obvious; 17.97% of the population think that antihypertensive drug is invalid to drug withdrawal; 3.13% of the population thought the traditional antihypertensive drug side effects is too great, choosing the Chinese native medicine preparation or other; Other causes include adjusting step-down scheme, stopping drug blindly, using medication non-standard, etc. Conclusions:The hypertension of the part of community therapy was 83.50%, control rates36.00%, higher than the national average. High blood pressure control is associated with multiple factors, in addition to health care type and other such as drinking, exercise, high salt diet, step-down scheme are preventable and controllable factors, should strengthen the public education of hypertension knowledge and improve the blood pressure monitoring system to improve the awareness, treatment and control of hypertension.
