The Influence Of Massage On Axis Meridians Therapy In Cerebral Infarction Patients Of Movement Function And Cerebral Blood Flow Dynamics

Objective:This experiment by observing the influence of Massage on Axis Meridians therapy in cerebral infarction patients of movement function and cerebral blood flow dynamics,to explore a more effective treatment for the cerebral infarction patients, and improve the cerebral infarction patients’limb dysfunction, reduce the morbidity of cerebral infarction patients and improve their quality of life.Methods:60 cases which were met with inclusion criteria, were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each group having 30 individuals. The control group was treated by routine basic therapy, and routine massage therapy. The treatment group treats in the same routine basic therapy as the control group, and given Massage on Axis Meridians therapy. Both group were given the assessment before and after the treatment. The assessment included the following parts:clinical nerve function defect scale (CNFDS), Fugl-Meyer assessment (FMA) and Barthel index (BI).Using transcranial doppler ultrasonography (TCD) technology to detect patients’lesion side middle cerebral artery (MCA), to test its Vm and PI.Using SPSS 16.0 statistical software for statistical analysis, compare the treatment effect between the two groups.Results:1. There were significant differences in the two groups of patients’clinical nerve function defect scale (CNFDS), Fugl-Meyer assessment (FMA) and Barthel index (BI) before and after treatment and also between the two groups after treatment (P<0.05)2. After treatment, There were no different in the two group of patient’Barthel index (BI) (P>0.05), But there were significant differences in the two groups of patients’clinical nerve function defect scale (CNFDS), Fugl-Meyer assessment (FMA) (P<0.05)3. There were significant differences in the Vm and PI of the two groups of patients’lesion side middle cerebral artery (MCA) before and after treatment and also between the two groups after treatment (P<0.05)4. After treatment, There was significant differences in the Vm of the two groups of patients’lesion side middle cerebral artery (MCA) (P<0.05), But there was no differences in the PI of the two groups of patients’lesion side middle cerebral artery (MCA) (P>0.05)。Conclusion:In the clinical treatment of cerebral infarction patients, on the basis of western medicine treatment, Traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture, add Massage on Axis Meridians therapy, Can better improve nerve function defect degree, motor function and the blood speed of lesion side middle cerebral artery,worth spreading and using.
