Effect Of Self-Made Pressue Instrument In The Early Soft Tissue’s Swelling And Pains After Fracture

Objective To observe the clinical effect of self-made lymphatic machine with negative pressure, then evaluate its influence in the pains and swelling after lower limb fracture. If the effect is positive, it can provide theoretical support for the clinical promotion of this technology, and form the standard treatment method.Method 60 patients of acute lower limb swelling from December 2014 to December 2015 were chosen randomly in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University (West Hospital). They were randomly divided into control group and treatment group by hospital’s single and double date,30 people in each group. Both of two group patients were generally treated with ice, raise limb, brace fixation, symptomatic treatment and other support treatment based on, while the control group was given Diaosmin tablets (0.9g p.o bid x 5 days), the treatment group treated with DiaosMing tablets(0.9g p.o bid x 5 days)+lymphatic drainage (qd x 5 days). Eventually compared the data with before and after treatment,1st day,3rd day,5th day of the lower limb’s swelling and pain score changes. ALL of the above observation index using SPSS 16.0 statistical analysis, and come out the significant statistics results.Results ①Compared by intra-group:Both of two groups’s P value was less than 0.05,it has stastical significance before and after treatment (P<0.05) ②Compared by inter-Group:There was no significant difference of reducing diameter limb in 1st day between the two groups (P>0.05),while it has difference in 3rd day,5th day (P<0.05). There was significant difference in eliminating the degree of swelling between two groups after 5th day treatment (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in 1st day and 5th day in reducing pain scores after treatment (P>0.05),while it has big difference in 3rd day (P <0.05).There was significant difference between two groups in reducing the pains level of days number (P< 0.05)Conclusion ①Both two groups of treatment have effect at improving limb’s swellings and pains.②Conventional orthopedic treatment combined with lymphatic drainage technology is better than only used conventional treatment. ③Conventional orthopedic treatment combined with lymphatic drainage technology has a satisfied effects in the early soft tissue swelling and pains.Not only it is very safe to our body,but also it is convenient to operate.It is worth to clinical application.
