Therapeutic Effect Of Zufang No.1 On Lower Limb Swelling After Lower Limb Fracture Surgery Clinical Research

Objective: To explore the therapeutic effect of Zufang No.1 on lower limb swelling after lower limb fracture surgery.Methods: From January 2018 to December 2018,60 patients with lower limb fracture after operation in our hospital were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in treatment group and 30 cases in control group.There was no statistical difference between the two groups(P > 0.5).The treatment group was treated with Zufang No.1,while the control group was treated with Willitan(chestnut seed extract tablets).The degree of limb swelling was recorded with the same tape measure,and the improvement of VAS score was recorded.The reduction rate of limb swelling and the total therapeutic effect were calculated on the 3rd,5th and 10 th day after operation.Results: Statistical comparison was made between the treatment group and the control group on the reduction rate and the total therapeutic effect data.The results showed that the reduction rate of swelling of affected limbs in the treatment group on the 3rd,5th and 10 th day after operation was similar to that in the control group on the 3rd,5th and10 th day after operation.There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(P > 0.5),and there was no significant difference in the 3rd day after operation between the two groups(P > 0.5).There was no significant difference in the degree of pain relief of minor symptoms between 5 and 10 days(P > 0.5).Conclusion:Self-made "Zufang No.1" has a good effect on lower limb swelling after lower limb fracture surgery.
