The Clinical Observation Of Using Bu Shen Huo Xue Soup On Hypomenorrhea Of Kidney Deficieny And Blood Stasis Which Appear After Induced Abortion

Objective:Observed the clinical curative effect of using bu shen huo xue soup on hypomenorrhea of kidney deficieny and Blood stasis Which appear after induced abortion. The analysis bu shen huo xue soup to improve patients’ clinical symptoms, increase endometrial thickness. Menstrual quantity, menstrual period, improve the role of the uterine spiral artery blood flow.Objective to evaluate the clinical curative effect of using bu shen huo xue soup on hypomenorrhea of kidney deficieny and Blood stasis Which appear after induced abortion.Methods:60 patients met the inclusion criteria and hypomenorrhea of kidney deficieny and Blood stasis Which appear after induced abortion were randomly divided into treatment g-roup (bu shen huo xue soup decoction) and control group (progynova+progesterone) of 30 cases. Compare before and after treatment,the clinical curative effect on improve patients’ cli-inical symptoms, increase endometrial thickness, menstrual quantity, menstrual period,impr-ove the role of the uterine spiral artery blood flow.Results:1.To compare the endometrial thickness:Two groups of patients with endometrial thickin thickness after treatment compared with before treatment, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment of endometrial thickness difference between two way without statistical significance(P>0.05), shows that the two groups after treatment can increase the endometrial thickness, no difference between the role.2.To compare the menstrual quantity:In the two groups after treatment by integra of pictorial blood loss assessment chart were increased, the difference was statistically signi-fican(P<0.05), after treatment by a integra difference was statistically significant between the two way(P<0.05), two groups all can increase the integra, the treatment group is better than the control group.3.To compare the menstrual period:In the two groups after treatment by menstrual period were increased, the difference was statistically significan(P<0.05), after treatment by a integra difference was statistically significant between the two way(P<0.05), two groups all can increase the menstrual period, the treatment group is better than the control group.4.To compare the uterine spiral artery blood flow:Two groups of patients with S/D、RI and PI after treatment compared with before treatment, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment of S/D、RI and PI difference between two way with statistical significance(P<0.05), shows that the two groups after treatment canimprove the role of the uterine spiral artery blood flow,the treatment group is better than the control group.5.To compare the traditional Chinese medicine symptom integral:Two groups of patients with S/D、RI and PI after treatment compared with before treatment, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment of S/D、RI and PI difference between two way with statistical significance(P<0.05), shows that the two groups after treatment canimprove the role of the uterine spiral artery blood flow,,the treatment group is better than the control group.6.To compare total effective rate of the traditional Chinese medicine symptom:The treatment group total effective rate of the traditional Chinese medicine symptom was 96.7%; The control group total effective rate was 83.3%. Two groups of patients with curative effect comparison, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), suggesting the curative effect of treatment group is better than the control group.7.To compare total effective rate:The treatment group total effective rate was 96.7%; The control group total effective rate was 83.3%.
