The treatment group compared before and after treatment (P<0.001) has the extremely significant difference, the treatment group compared with control group after treatment (P< 0.01) in the treatment group is more effective than the control group. Three months after the end of follow-up, according to the results of relapse rates were significantly lower than control group in the recurrence rate in the treatment group (P<0.05), with significant difference. Conclusion:That manipulation combined with functional exercise can obviously improve the clinical symptoms of patients with cervical spondylosis of nerve root type, improve the ability of daily life activities, pain relief and increase the activity of cervical vertebra, and is of great significance to maintain the long-term curative effect.
