Clinical Curative Effect Observation Of Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome Of Deficiency Of Kidney By The Method Of Kidney-reinforcing And Menstrual Cycle-regulating

Objective:Polycystic ovary syndrome is a common gynecological endocrine diseases among women of childbearing age. There are significant ethnic differences and regional differences, due to the influence of many factors, The incidence of crowd is broaden in the age range, and morbidity is higher.Point of view of traditional Chinese medicine, deficiency of kidney is the root of its pathogenesis.So the study is aimed to through a series of effective observation, the research methods of data analysis, to explore the degree of curative effect in the treatment of kidney deficiency type kidney of polycystic ovary syndrome using the method of invigorating kidney to regulate menstrual cycle and to accumulate the flexible experience in preparing recipes and using drugs for clinical treatment of the disease, which can not only learn a clinical research method, but also can create more thoughts for the treatment.Methods:This study selected 30 cases of polycystic ovary syndrome according to the inclusion criteria for kidney deficiency syndrome type, we have continuous observation of serum sex hormone levels before and after one course of treatment after the use of method of invigorating kidney to regulate menstrual cycle, using the self-control method we defined three months as a course, we analysed the change in the level of different aspects before and after the treatment. We collected statistical evaluation data of the degree of improvement in the treatment of patients with endocrine, TCM master card and second card, B ultrasound, BBT changes and pregnancy, etc. and thus the efficacy of the drug into pounds determination.Results:By summarizing the clinical data and the results of the analysis,we finded that cure rate after the use of method of invigorating kidney to regulate menstrual cycle polycystic ovary syndrome was 23.3%, the total effective rate was 73.3%, and it can significantly improve the patient’s signs and symptoms of kidney in Chinese traditional medicine, reduce LH/FSH ratio and androgen levels, help to establish biphasic basal body temperature, restore ovulation menstruation, improve the B-state.To some extent, it can improve the manifestations of hairy and acne, but it was not statistically significant.Conclusions:In clinical studies with Supplementary kidney and menstrual cycle-regulating treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome, we observes its can significantly improve the clinical signs of patients, endocrine regulation, restoration of ovarian function of ovulation finally, and there is less serious side effect, and can provide effective treatment for clinical treatment of PCOS.
