The Clinical Curative Effect And Mechanism Of The Treatment Of Infantile Fever (Syndrome Of Wind-heat Exterior) With Yingeqingjie Decoction

Exogenous fever in children with disease is not an independent disease, but common and multiple symptoms. Short term fever (2 weeks or less) or long-term fever (2 weeks or more), general infection is the most common cause of fever virus infection and bacterial infection in the majority. In children with fever, chills, dizziness, headache, vomiting, abdominal distension, abdominal pain, fatigue, anorexia, as the main clinical manifestations, often accompanied by respiratory symptoms such as cough, expectoration, stuffy nose, runny nose, sore throat and others. The development of children’s disease is very fast, in case of delayed treatment or cure is undeserved, may develop severe pneumonia, myocarditis, convulsions and other acute and severe, serious when the disease may endanger the safety of life.At present, the treatment of pediatric exogenous fever with western medicine clinical usually use oral antipyretic and anti-inflammatory drugs. However, the majority of children exogenous fever are caused by infection, especially viral infection, modern medicine is still a lack of effective drug for virus infection. So, clinical research observation curative effect evaluation of TCM treatment of exopathic fever in children and investigate the antipyretic mechanism, to promote the use of Chinese medicine treatment has a positive meaning. The experience of my tutor, Professor Zhang based on the deep understanding of children’s physiological and pathological characteristics and decades of clinical experience in the treatment of children with exogenous fever and named for the Yingeqingjie Decoction. The decoction of JunChenZuoShi:the monarch drug are puerariae and Flos Lonicerae,the four herbs of Chen’s drug are mulberry leaves, forsythia, semen sojae praeparatum and Schizonepeta.The ZuoShi’s drug are mint,cicada ecdysis and Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae. Professor Zhang think the pediatric exogenous fever are mainly caused by exogenous and Zheng Xue, exogenous six evils and evil invasion of the Fei Wei, the struggle between righteousness and evil influence caused fever; spleen is weak with indigestion, and ultimately cause undigestion, and heat of inside makes exogenous heat aggravated. Treatment are advised to Shufeng heat, and digestion treatment, and use the light texture drug, Xin Liang and Xin Wen are both uesd.Therefore, we studied the effect of Yingeqingjie Decoction in the treatment of children with wind heat type of exogenous fever and rating by the integral before and after the treatment. Study to Yingeqingjie Decoction for the treatment group, with Yinhuang granules and Qingkailing granules as control group, two groups were used in the treatment of 30 cases of exogenous febrile children. Results:the treatment group total effectiveness was 96.67%, the control group total effectiveness was 76.67%. The results showed that in the treatment group (Yingeqingjie solution) ative effect is obviously superior to the control group.
