The Clinical Research On The Effect Of Xiaozheng Decotion In Treating Adenomyosis

Purpose:Through clinical research, observe the efficacy of Xiaozheng Decoction in the treatment of Qi stagnation and blood stasis type of adenomyosis, and explore its mechanism of action, in order to provide new methods and ideas for the clinical treatment of adenomyosis.Methods:Select the clinic diagnosed 60 cases of patients of adenomyosis on Qi stagnation and blood stasis type, in accordance with the principles of randomized into two groups, the tentative number of the treatment group was 30 cases,as well as the control group.The treatment group used Xiaozheng Decoction, and the control group used Sanjie Zhentong capsule. Assess pain scores and symptom points after three menstrual cycles, analyze the clinical efficacy of two groups.Results:The treatment group and the control group can alleviate the symptoms of dysmenorrhea and decrease in patients with pain scores,two groups after the treatment have significant difference(P<0.05), described the treatment group dysmenorrhea significant effect than the control group. The treatment group and the control group can be reduced in patients with TCM syndrome integralt,the difference before and after treatment in two groups have significant difference(P<0.05), the treatment group improved significantly better than the control group of TCM syndromes.The treatment group and the control group can improve patient’s comprehensive curative effect,there were significant differences(P<0.05),the effect of the treatment group is superior to control group.Conclusion:Xiaozheng Decoction and Sanjie Zhentong capsule can improve the clinical symptoms and signs of Qi stagnation and blood stasis type of adenomyosis,and Xiaozheng Decoction has better clinical efficacy.According to clinical observations, analyze and modern pharmacological research,Xiaozheng Decoction can improve blood circulation,the body’s immune system and have the analgesic effect.
