Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Old Ectopic Pregnancy With Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis By Huayu Xiaozhi Decoction And Xiaozheng Powder

Objective:Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)combined with Huayu Xiaozhen g Decoction(HYXD)and Xiaozheng Powder(XZP)was used to treat patients with old ectopic pregnancy after conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy and syndro me differentiation of TCM was Qi stagnation and blood stasis type.By comparing the curative effect of TCM symptoms,hemorheological indexes,patency degree of hysterosalpingography and reduction degree of mass before and after administration between the treatment group and the control group,the clinical curative effect was observed and its mechanism was discussed.Methods: 66 cases of old ectopic pregnancy with qi stagnation and blood stasis were divided into two groups,33 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Huayu Xiaozheng Decoction and Xiaozheng Powder,while the control group was treated with Guizhi Fuling Capsule orally and Xiaozheng Powder.Three months is a course of treatment,with two courses of treatment.The clinical efficacy,improvement of TCM syndromes and changes of local symptoms and signs,reduction of mass,patency of fallopian tube and hemorheological indexes before and after treatment were observed and compared between the two groups.Results:As for the clinical efficacy,the total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 93.34% and 83.87%,respectively,with statistical significance(P < 0.05).The total scores of TCM symptoms in the two groups after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment(P < 0.01),and the scores in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P < 0.01).The total patency rate of fallopian tube was 84.00% in the treatment group and 50.00% in the control group(P < 0.05).In the improvement of hemorheological indexes,the treatment group was better than the control group(P < 0.05).No adverse reactions occurred during the study.Conclusion:Huayu Xiaozheng Decoction and Xiaozheng Powder have significant clinical effects in the treatment of this disease.They can effectively improve clinical symptoms and local signs,promote pelvic mass absorption,increase the patency of fallopian tubes,and promote the repair of fallopian tubes by improving local blood supply.
