Objective:To investigate the relationship of Apolipoprotein A-Ⅰ(apo A-Ⅰ), Serum Uric Acid(SUA), Total Bilirubin(TBIL), cystatin C(Cys C) and Homocysteine Cysteine(Hcy)in patients with Coronary Heart Disease(CHD)and its clinical significance. Methods:A total of 195 participants of our hospital from July 2014 to July 2015 examined by Coronary Arteriography(CAG),including 118 CHDs as the EG group and 77 subjects with no CHD that they conformed to inclusion criteria as the WKY group, were classified as no CHD subjects without hyperhomocysteinaemia(N-NHcy Group), no CHD subjects with hyperhomocysteinaemia(N-HHcy Group), CHD patients without hyperhomocysteinaemia(C-NHcy Group) and CHD patients with hyperhomocysteinaemia(C-HHcy Group). The serum TC, LDL-C, HDL, TG, apo A-Ⅰ,apo B, SUA, TBIL, Cys C and Hcy were detected and analyzed.Results:1 Comparison between EG group and WKY group Serum Hcy and serum Cys C in patients with CHD were significantly higher than these in WKY group(P<0.05). TBIL in patients with CHD decreased significantly compared with WKY group(P<0.05), while SUA of those with CHD was’ t significantly different from the WKY group(P>0.05).2 Comparison between different subgroups according to the levels of serum Hcy BMI of CHD patients with C-HHcy group was significantly higher than the other groups(P<0.05). The serum levels of TBIL in N-HHcy group were significantly decreased compared with those in C-HHcy group and C-NHcy group(P<0.05), but the levels of TG in C-HHcy group and C-NHcy group were significantly higher than those in the other two groups(P<0.05). Meanwhile, the serum levels of Cys C in patients with C-NHcy group was significantly higher than those in C-HHcy group and N-NHcy group(P<0.05). The apo A-1 in C-NHcy group was significantly higher comparing with that in C-HHcy group and N-HHcy group(P<0.05). The levels of serum Hcy in C-HHcy group and N-HHcy group were significantly higher than the other groups(P<0.05). However, there were no significant differences about SUA, TC, LDL-C, HDL, apo B in the four groups(P>0.05).3 Comparison of the correlation between serum Hcy and other parameters in different subgroups according to the levels of serum Hcy In C-HHcy group, the serum levels of homocysteine and cystatin C were positively independently correlated(P < 0.05) and apo A-Ⅰ levels were negatively independently correlated(P < 0.05). But the serum levels of homocysteine with TBIL and SUA in C-HHcy group is not close correlation(P > 0.05). In N-HHcy group, the serum levels of homocysteine and cystatin C also were positively independently correlated(P <0.05).But it was not closely related with apo A-Ⅰ(P > 0.05).Conclusion:Serum Hcy and serum Cys C in patients with CHD were significantly higher but apo A-Ⅰ obviously decrease, that pointed out hyperhomocysteinaemia, hypercystatin C and low apo A-Ⅰ in patients with CHD as risk factors promoting synergy with each other.Analysis of the correlation in two groups with hyperhomocysteinaemia in EG group and WKY group confirmed that Hcy and apo A-Ⅰ existed a negative relationship independently. That pointed out high apo A-Ⅰ had a protecting effect in CHD parents with hyperhomocysteinaemia.Correlation Analysis in two groups with high homocysteinaemia in EG group and WKY group showed that Hcy and Cys C existed a positive relationship independently. That pointed out hyperhomocysteinaemia and hypercystatin C played a promoting role.
