| Objective:Compared with bone turnover markersã€histopathologicalã€Micro CT reconstruction and analysis of trabecular bone parameters respectively, analyze and summarize the early osteoporotic trabecular bone changes and fragility fractures evolution.Methods:The ten healthy adult female goats were randomly divided into two groups: the experimental group(n=5)and control group(n=5).Experimental group received bilateral ovariectomy and hormone dexamethasone intervention,and control group cut the same quality adipose tissue processing in intraperitoneal. The PINP and β-CTX of both groups in venous blood were detected at the third,fourth and fifth modeling months, to observe changes of both content. All goats were killed at fifth modeling month.And made the corresponding parts of the line of bone tissue as pathological section, for observeding microscopic trabecular bone morphology by HE staining;analyzed quantitatively related parameters of bone cancellous bone microstructure quantitative detection,with Micro CT scanning and reconstruction.Results:To the result of trabecular bone histopathological,the compared with the control group, the trabecular bone of experimental group is less, thinner, the gap wider, while trabecular bone fracture and bone micro-defect cases more in each group.And the control group spongy trabecular bone morphology substantially regular, connected to each other.At the fourth modeling month, the PINP of experimental group increased 12.0%, β-CTX increased 11.7% compared to the third month; at the fifth modeling month, the PINP of experimental group decreased 38.0% rapidly, β-CTX still increased 15.1% compared to the fourth month.While both of the control group had no significant change.Compared with the Micro CT results of control group,BV/TV, Tb.Th, Th.N, BMD of cervical,lumbar,humeral head,humerus neck,femoral head and femoral neck experimental group decreased respectively,BS/BV, Th.Sp increased respectively. All of the difference was statisticallysignificant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For the diagnosis of osteoporosis formation and development, the changes of PINP is more obvious than β-CTX;In the condition of OVX and hormone dexamethasone intervention joint modeling, goat body’s own compensatory is about four months, after which the body loses the ability to compensatory and bone resorption is greater than bone formation resulting in the formation of osteoporosis.In accordance with the law of osteoporosis parts, the degree of change is: lumbar> femoral neck> humerus neck>cervical> humerus head> femoral head. |
