Observation About The Clinical Effects Of Three Therapies For The Chronic Cervicitis With Cervical HR-HPV Infection

Objective: Observing the effects of three therapies for chronic cervicitis with cervical high risk human papilloma virus(HR-HPV) infection, cervical erosion and clinical symptom. In order to enrich the understanding of cervical HPV infection and chronic cervicitis as well as to improve the diagnosis and treatment level of the disease.Methods: 212 patients of chronic cervicitis with cervical HR-HPV infection, cer- vical erosion and increased vaginal secretions, from Gynecology Clinic in Zunyi Me-dical college Hospital between Oct 2014 and Feb 2015(mean age 33.3±2.94 years), were retrospectively chosen and divided into 4 groups according to the therapies, Natural Observation(65 patients), Interferon(53 patients), Anti-HPV Biological Dressing(49patients) and Cervical Microwave Treatment(45 patients). 167 cases were infected by single subtybe, while 45 cases were infected by two subtybes. Low and high level cervical lesions and suspective cervical cancer were excluded by two pathology experts’ TCT and/or by transvaginal examination. We followed up these patients, then made statistically analysis on the dates of HPV negative rate and time, TCT types changes, the cervical columnar ectopic(CCE) level, improvement of rational symptoms and other aspects such as adverse effects.Result: After 1 year’s followed-up, the negative rate of Natural Observation, Interferon,Anti-HPV Biological Dressing and Microwave Treatment were 49.23%(32/65),64.15%(34/53), 51.02%(25/49), and 82.22%(37/45), respectively, which indicated that the effects of Microwave Treatment were better than that of the rest three groups(P<0.08,respectively). Moreover, the HPV infection removed in shortest time(in 3months), the cure rate of cervical erosion were the best and the rational symptoms significantly improved in Microwave Treatment(P<0.08,respectively).Conclusion: For chronic cervicitis patients with cervical HR-HPV infection, cervical erosion and increased vaginal secretions, cervical microwave treatment can effectively remove local cervical HR-HPV, as well as improve the rational symptom.
