Purpose:The questionnaire survey is to understand the status of nurses’(refers to the nurse from 2008 to2016 has been awarded the certificate by the training base) professional identity in practical work and analyze its influencing factors.Method:All members of Specialist nurse who accept professtional training and have been awarded the certificate(Xinjiang production and Construction Corps training base) was regarded as the research object and the questionnaire of nurses’ general situation and nurses’ professional identity scale were as research tools in the questionnaire survey.The results were processed with Epidata3.1 software to establish database, SPSS20.0 software were for data analysis and the median(four point interval) was used to describe the professional identity of junior nurses, used a rank sum test and multiple linear test for factor analysis in.Results:1.Professional identity and the score of each dimension.Total score of professional identity of Xinjiang production and Construction Corps specialized nurses was 5.71(0.93), and the score rate was 0.82.In the dimensions of professional identity, the score from high to low was 6.31(1), and the score rate was 0.90;Self efficacy score was 6.30(1), and the score was 0.90;Sense scores were 6.02(1), scoring rate of 0.86;The sence of coherence score was 5.79(1.25), and the score rate was 0.83. The score of the patients was5.51(1.67), and the score rate was 0.79;Self determined score was 5.29(2) with a score rate of 0.76;Tissue influence score was 4.74(2),Scoring rate of 0.68.2.professional identity influence factors analysis results Age,current education, working status perception of the final regression,the regression equation: professional identity=3.910+0.24 × age+0.169 × current education+0.205×the perception of the working condition.3.Influence factors of the dimensions of the analysis results,regression equation:(1) Sense of meaning=5.337+0.182×age+0.158×the perception of the living condition;(2) Sense of self- decision=4.517+0.178×age+0.120×the perception of the living condition +0.207×the perception of the working condition;(3)Self determined =2.885+0.420×age +0.286× education-0.178× monthly income +0.581× job status +0.260× the perception of the working condition;(4)patients’ sense of influence =5.096-0.274×job status perception level +0.224×hospital level +0.207×the perception of the working condition;(5) sense of organizational influence =1.447+0.295×age +0.247×education +0.804×job status +0.396×the perception of the working condition;(6)Sense of control: =5.550-0.114×the number of night shifts per month +0.125×the perception of the living condition +0.100×the perception of the working condition;(7)Sense of consensus=3.758+0.216×: the training period +0.192×the perception of the living condition +0.256×the perception of the working condition.Conclusion: Occupation identity level nurses in the region is in the high middle level; nurses age, work status level, training numberon occupation identity exist significant differences are different.
