Objective: By observing the baihutang on systemic inflammatory response syndrome model rat inflammatory factor, the influence of each important organs(liver, lung,kidney), etc., the damage degree and the temperature change of level evaluation from the perspective of inflammatory factor expression and regulation of SIRS fever period and yangming heat and the relevance of the occurrence and development of TCM treatment of blocking SIRS fever period mechanism, and the party under the guidance of the corresponding theory and interpretation of SIRS fever period the key pathogenesis of TCM, provide new experimental basis for clinical treatment of SIRS and combine traditional Chinese and western medicine theory instruction.Methods: 70 healthy Wistar rats, male, weight 200±20g, at room temperature(22±2) ℃ of breeding in the laboratory, the conventional adaptive 7 days.3 days before the building, measuring anal temperature of rats 1 times a day, keep the same time and place. The temperature fluctuations(ΔT>1.0℃) and single temperature is 38.0 ℃higher than rats. Down the temperature of the eligible 60 rats, 5 groups according to random number table of random points, 12 in each group, the Chinese medicine group, model control group and the placebo group, normal control group and western medicine group. According to the requirements of the building and drug intervention,to observe rat liver, lung, kidney pathological condition, plasma pro-inflammatory cytokines and anti-inflammatory cytokine levels and temperature changes.Results: 1. The appearance of the normal control group rats did not appear obvious change and signs, breathing even, be hair luster, defecate dark brown, forming.Groups after the injection of LPS 0.5 h, rats in shortness of breath, vertical hair, chills,symptoms of depression, some even accompanied by diarrhea. Each dose group mice condition better than the model group. Model control group there were 4 rats died on24 h, the placebo treatment group 24 h were killed, there were 3 rats mortality of rats in the 2 groups were no difference.2. After intravenous injection of LPS, groups of rats were significantly elevated temperature. But heating peak time point is different,have different duration. Given drug treatment, Chinese medicine group temperature decreased first and the second is the western medicine group and model group at last.Traditional Chinese medicine, western medicine group when 3h temperature is significantly lower than the model control group, the difference was statistically significant.3. Traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine group of IL-6, IL-10, the level of TNF-α is lower than the model control group and the placebo group,IL-6 difference had statistical significance(P<0.05), Chinese medicine group, the level of TNF-α is lower than the model group(P<0.05).4. Histologic observation of liver, kidney not seen obvious pathological changes, there was no difference between groups. Macroscopic observation model group markedly swollen lung tissue of lung tissue, dark yellow, part of the black-and-blue marks visible on the surface of sheet and hemorrhage. Traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine group slightly swollen, lung tissue surface scattered dot ecchymosis, slightly better traditional Chinese medicine group and western medicine group. Were as normal control group rats lung tissue structure, complete alveolar space clear, alveolar septum no edema,inflammatory cells infiltration and so on change; Model group rats with pulmonary interstitial hyperemia significantly associated with more quantity is given priority to with lymphocytes of inflammatory cells infiltration, alveolar septum thickening obviously, part of the alveolar vicarious expansion; Western medicine group, rat pulmonary interstitial mild hyperemia, alveolar septum thickening of mild, occasional focal inflammation; Chinese traditional medicine group of rats with pulmonary interstitial hyperemia, alveolar septum thickening, thickening of the range compared with model group.Conclusion: This experiment showed that the baihutang and glucocorticoid, of SIRS rats caused by LPS has obvious protective effect, can effectively reduce the body temperature, SIRS rats by reducing the TNF-α, IL-6 and other proinflammatory factor levels, at the same time, improve the level of anti-inflammatory factor of IL-10,anti-inflammatory and proinflammatory mechanism to balance, thus prevents the further development of SIRS for MODS.
