| Objective:Studying the influence of esculin and digitalisglycosides eye drops and carboxymethylcellulose sodium lubricant eye drops on the accommodation of juvenile myopia,to clarify its safety and effectiveness,and then find the effective drugs to treat juvenile myopia.Methods:According to the standard,to Select the adolescent patients with mild-to-moderate myopia who cames to The department of Ophthalmology Medicine of The Second Affiliated Hospital of Shanxi Medical University.There has 150 patients with 300 eyes will be selected.By the ratio of 1:1:1,50 patients will be put into the group of esculin and digitalisglycosides eye drops,50 patients will be put into the group of carboxymethylcellulose sodium lubricant eye drops and 50 patients will be put into the control group.The two treatment groups will use esculin and digitalisglycosides eye drops and carboxymethylcellulose sodium lubricant eye drops,three times one day,one point each time,there will be cost one month,the control group wearing glasses without any treatment.They were measured the databases of accomodation before untreated and after one month.Then comparing these statistical to analysis which one is better.Results:1.Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference between the threegroups of Esculin And Digitalisglycosides Eye Drops,Carboxymethylcellulose Sodium Lubricant Eye Drops and the control group(P>0.05) in Amplitude of Accommodation{Right:F=0.250,P=0.779;Left:F=0.080,P=0.923},Binocular Accommodative Facility(F=0.117,P=0.890),Accommodative response(F=1.20,P=0.304),Positive Relative Accommodation(F=0.576,P=0.564) and Negative Relative Accommodation(F=1.368,P=0.258).2.After treatment,Compared with the control group, each group of Esculin And Digitalisglycosides Eye Drops and Carboxymethylcellulose Sodium Lubricant Eye Drops could improve the Amplitude of Accommodation{Right:(t=3.430, P=0.001;t=3.338,P=0.001);Left:(t=4.659,P<0.001; t=3.338,P=0.001)},Binocular Accommodative Facility(t=3.948,P<0.001;t=4.253,P<0.001),Accommodative response(t=2.371,P=0.0200.05;t=2.578,P=0.012)and Negative Relative Accommodation( t=3.395,P=0.001;t=3.909,P<0.001),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).But there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05)in the Positive Relative Accommodation(t=0.172,P=0.864;t=0.222,P=0.824).3.There was no statistically significant difference between the group of Esculin and digitalisglycosides eye drops and Carboxymethylcellulose Sodium Lubricant Eye Drops(P>0.05)on the influence of the Amplitude of Accommodation {Right:(t=0.157,P=0.857),Left:(t=1.149,P=0.253)},Binocular Accommodative Facility(t=1.428,P=0.157), Accommodative response(t=0.328,P=0.743), Positive Relative Accommodation(t=0.037,P=0.971)and Negative Relative Accommodation(t=0.347,P=0.729).Conclusion:The group of Esculin And Digitalisglycosides Eye Drops and Carboxymethylcellulose Sodium Lubricant Eye Drops can significantly improve the accomodation of the children with mild to moderate myopia.There was no significant difference between the two results. |
