Research On The Financing Problems Of The Cultural Industries In Shaanxi

In the process of building a moderately prosperous society and acceleratingmodernization, financial guiding the allocation of resources, adjusting the economic operation,serving for economic society, plays an important role in making national economydevelopment sustained, healthy and stable. The cultural industry is an important component ofthe national economy. In recent years, central authorities have implemented importantstrategic deployment and policies, deepen reform of the cultural system, and accelerate thedevelopment of cultural industries. Cultural industries show a good momentum ofdevelopment, become a new growth point of economic development, and play an importantrole in maintaining growth, expanding domestic demand, adjusting structure and promotingdevelopment.Shaanxi is one of the provinces which have the richest cultural resources. It hascontinuously explored new ways of development of cultural industries in recent years, whichlead to rapid growth of cultural industry and continuous extend of industrial system. However,with the rapid development of cultural industries, the difficulty of cultural industries financingin Shaanxi is gradually apparent. Funding problem has become the biggest restriction inShaanxi cultural industry development. Therefore, building stable, adequate financingchannels of cultural industries is an important guarantee to promote industrial development inShaanxi culture. The thesis is divided into five parts.
