Study On The Relationship Between The Legal Consciousness And Views Of Human Nature, The Family Cohesion And Adaptability Of High School Students As Well As Some Training Strategies

This paper examines the legal consciousness of high school students, and their views of human nature, the family cohesion and adaptability, also the characteristics of them in demographic variables, as well as the relationship between them, by using three scales, which are self-prepared Legal Consciousness Scale, Family Adaptability and Cohesion Scale (FACES Ⅱ-CV), and Revised Philosophies of Human Nature Scale.(1)On the whole, high school students showed a moderate level of legal consciousness, the mail students had a significantly higher legal consciousness than the female, and the students in lower grade had stronger law consciousness.(2)About the high school students’view of human nature, there are no significant differences in gender, the female students had a higher score in the interpersonal trust than the male, and the male students had a higher score in the misanthropy. Children without siblings is more critical than the children with siblings, and the students in high grade is more critical than the students in low grade.(3)The female students had a higher score in the family cohesion and adaptability than the male students, and the students in low grade had a higher score than the students in high grade, but there was no remarkable differences between the children with siblings and the children without siblings.(4)The legal consciousness of high school students had a remarkably positive correlations with the interpersonal trust in the view of human nature and the actual family cohesion and adaptability.(5)There was a remarkably positive correlations between the interpersonal trust in the view of human nature and the actual family cohesion and adaptability; and there was a significantly negative correlations between the sense of being highly critical of the society and the actual family cohesion and adaptability.Finally, according to the research conclusion, from the aspects of family education, we put forward the theoretical and practical suggestions to establish correct and positive view of human nature and the legal consciousness for high school students.
