| The paper concretely discuss the relationship between Humboldt’s linguisticworld view and the career of teaching Chinese as a foreign language, especially thepositive effects of Humboldt’s linguistic view. It is point of penetration with therelationship between the language and thinking to emphasize the setting and thedetailed connotation of Humboldt’s linguistic world view. Finally, it draw aconclusion that every specific language is the special way to see the world, includingthe unique national character and spirit, and further illuminate the importance oflearning the corresponding world view while learning a special language.According to Humboldt’s linguistic world view, Chinese language reflects itselfas a unique one with a long history. The paper discusses Chinese from theperspective of unique world view at length. Chinese language could be realized inthe eyes of Chinese people. With the Chinese way of thinking and the valuejudgment of the world, Chinese language could be explained. In the paper, words,phrases and sentences embodied in the nature of Chinese language are focused tointerpret the foreign language teaching revelations. In accordance with a growingnumber of problems existed in the developing process of current foreign languageteaching, the second language acquisition process of Chinese could be studied. Withcontinuous development of thousands years, Chinese embodies abundant culturalantecedents and special thinking modes. Study on Chinese language from the pointof the unique world view could not only provide a new perspective for the learnerswith the construction of linguistic thinking in their first language, but also facilitateforeign language learning and teaching.The first part of this paper describes the development current situation of thetwo important aspects of the linguistic world view and the teaching of Chinese as aforeign language, especially the career–dilemma of the teaching of Chinese as aforeign language. Secondly, the thesis discusses the characteristic of Chinese words,grammar from the perspective of the world view, and make the feature of Chinesemore prominent. The third part begins with the language comparison between Chinese and English in order to stress the characteristic of Chinese from theperspective of Chinese world view. Then, it discusses how to carry out the task ofteaching. The last part is to make a conclusion of the whole thesis. |
