Employee’s satisfaction in training plays an important role in the enterprise performance improvement and development. The study object of the thesis is the Group A, which is an invest-oriented conglomerate, there main business is real estate, and also engage in emerging industrial such as culture industrial and mining investment. There is a serious problem in employee training satisfaction in Group A. The direct result is affecting the achievement of the group performance and strategic objective. To group A-an investment and management group, the employee training satisfaction will also affect emerging industrial and the achievement of project25311.So the thesis studies in employee training satisfaction and solution of group A, will play positive effect and significant.First all, through the large studying of literature, the thesis will find the relationship between the employee training satisfaction and the group performance. And via the studying of the structure of employee training satisfaction, which will be defined the structure of the employee training satisfaction from5aspects:training resource, training courses, training method, training implementation and training enthusiasm.Secondly, the thesis studies the background and current training satisfaction, and found the employ training satisfaction plays great role in the development of Group A, but also have different shortcoming in5aspects of the training satisfaction.Through questionnaires and interviews with high-level, Comprehensive comparison4plates and5aspects of the training satisfaction of Group A, found training resources allocation is irrational, training system is not perfect, training methods is simple, training implementation arrangements is improper, training enthusiasm is low.Thirdly, the thesis also analyzes the causes of the training satisfaction, there are three main reasons:Firstly, training budget is unreasonable, secondly, training objective is not targeted, operability is poor, thirdly, the results of training is impractical.Finally, create countermeasure according to the issues and causes:Firstly, allocate training resources to the Group strategies and results of studying; secondly, create "participatory training program "according to the group development; thirdly, bring train results in the performance management system.
