Abstract:In recent years, the TCSL field gradually attached importance to the vocabulary teaching, correlational research of TCSL vocabulary teaching shows that morpheme teaching is helpful to the teaching of Chinese vocabulary, but the research on morpheme teaching was not profound enough. Based on the theoretical researches of the previous scholars, the author of this paper analyzed the problems of morpheme teaching in the textbooks of TCSL, proved that "Morpheme Teaching" is helpful to the vocabulary teaching.Morpheme teaching conforms to the laws of the Chinese vocabulary teaching, taking the primary starting volume Ⅰ and Ⅱ of textbook "Boya Chinese" as the research object to prove the feasibility of morpheme teaching through statistical analysis. Meanwhile, the author put forward some corresponding suggestions about compilation of TCSL textbooks.The author holds the opinion that only by mastering the characteristics of Chinese vocabulary and word formation rules, making full advantages of morpheme teaching and the whole word teaching to teach Chinese vocabulary, can the learners improve the efficiency of learning Chinese vocabulary, in the research of TCSL vocabulary teaching, morpheme teaching has certain research value.
