Information technology caused by the information ethics problems has significantinfluence on the development of the teenagers. Teenagers play a very important role ininformation society. They are the backbone and hope of the future information developmentas well as the severe victims under the derivative information development problems.Teenagers’ sense of information ethic is relatively weak, they are vulnerable to the negativeimpact of bad moral behavior. Therefore, it is very necessary and urgent to carry out theethical education of information technology, as well as design and develop reasonableanimation teaching resources among teenagers.This paper firstly studies through the literature researches, to understand theinformational ethics and animation teaching resources related concepts and theoreticalknowledge from all over the world. Secondly this paper investigates the current situation ofinformation technology ethics and the design application status of animation teachingresources through interview and questionnaire survey from the angles of teachers andstudents, and summarizes the existing problems and deficiencies. Then it designs anddevelops the instructional resources of information technological ethical animation thatcorresponding with the primary school students’ development of cognition as well as theaudio-visual psychological pattern. Thus I present the design concept as well as the teachingmodel of the teaching resources of information technological ethical animation. At last, thispaper works on the cases development and application experiments of the teaching resourcesof information technological ethical animation, and evaluates and analyzes students’learning effects.In the study of the teaching resources of information technological ethical animation, Igive full consideration to the learner’s willingness moreover I investigates and analyzesstudents’ interests and demands towards animation teaching resources in order to make surethat it reasonably into the design concepts. So that the design of the animation teachingresources really comes from students and also teaches students. In the design and development of the teaching resources of information technological ethical animation, Istrictly followed the principle of the art of animation creation theory. I combined withpedagogy, psychology and other related theories, and used many kinds of productionmethods and theory for my study with scientific and rigorous attitudes to enrich the formand content of the teaching resources of information technological ethical animation.Through this design and development of the teaching resources of information technologicalethical animation.Using information technological ethical knowledge to teach in the classroom showsthat students will distract most of their attentions to watch the animation teaching resources,as well as the informational ethical learning so that promotes the concentration degree of thestudents in class, and make the classrooms’ atmosphere become more actively, moreover, itstrengthen students’ thinking cognition and development. Through the analysis of theexperimental data, the study of the teaching resources of information technological ethicalanimation is beneficial to strengthen the students’ informational ethical cognitiondevelopment, and enhances students’ learning effect in informational ethical knowledge,cultivates the students’ informational accomplishment and comprehensive practice ability,and provides a new design concept and teaching model for the design and development ofthe teaching resources of information technological ethical animation.
