Many nations in the world show special preference to Xiang, different nation has formed its own unique understanding of Xiang in their cultural category,and the chain is also a nation with a long history of Xiang. Since the earliest times, people have started using Xiang in worship and all kinds of activities. In the course of time,Chinese formed their unique culture of Xiang,and they used their own experience of life to name of Xiang,feel of Xiang,they had a long history of using Xiang. The Song Dynasty is one of the peak of our country feudal times of economic and cultural development,Xiang was got into unknown applications in Song Dynasty. Because Xiang was common in Song Dynasty,different class, different levels of people applied, and they love it. Therefore, this paper takes the words as the point to study,and to show the Xiangsu Characteristic of Song Dynasty from the literary view. This paper shows its view mainly from four aspects. First of all,it shows the overall understanding of Xiang, classification of Xiang in the Song Dynasty and the influence of Xiangsu culture development in the Song Dynasty economic. Secondly, this paper takes the words as the point, combined with other data to list the classification of Xiang and the culture of Xiangsu. Besides the traditional vanilla and fragrant medicines, the Song had a break of the feeling and the application of Xiang. They enjoy the smell of all kinds of flowers and fruit,and they had unique understanding of aroma. Moreover is the way to use Xiang, each dynasty culture always have the succession to the former generation and their own innovation,the Song Dynasty used the same way,they were unique in Its tool and the way to use Xiang. The last is Xiang and a variety of activities about it, through the related activities to show dynamic of Xiang.
