Establishment Of The Traditional Villages’ Protection Special Standard System

Traditional village is non-renewable precious cultural heritage, with value in sociology, anthropology, history, architectural planning, ecological environment and the study of cultural relic. However, with development of economy and the speeding up of the new rural construction in our country, traditional villages face huge difficulties and contradictions in survival and development. With realizing the importance of protecting traditional villages in China gradually, a lot of protection measures and means have been formulated or carried out, having certain effect. However, the protection of traditional villages still lack of systematic planning and standards, resulting many problems in traditional village protection. Accordingly, building traditional village protection standard system could provide the full basis for the traditional village protection, standardize and supervise all participants protection behaviors in the protection of traditional village, effectively curb excessive destruction activities and development activities, to improve policy makers at all levels and the vast majority of the villagers to the cognition of the protection of traditional villages, to promote the protection work for the management of scientific and standardized, ensuring effective protection of traditional villages.Through analyzing value characteristics of traditional villages, in view of the plight and contradictions of traditional villages and the protection status of traditional villages, the paper summed up the principle and main ways should be insisted in traditional village protection. Then analyzed the importance of establishment of the traditional villages’protection special standard system and its complex system property. Researched the objects of standard system specification. Established the objectives and principles of system building and used system engineering theory and process management theory as the basis of system construction theory, to lay the foundation of establishment of the traditional villages’protection special standard system. Through the establishment of standard system, the paper built the six-dimensional space model to fully descript the traditional villages’protection special standard system. The S curve model was used to explain the life cycle of the system and analyzed the role of the standard system table and designed hierarchical structure of the standard system table, and illustrated the process of establishment of the traditional villages’protection special standard system in detail, including standard classification, standard system coding, establishment of the system with six-dimensional space model, standard grading with importance degree and columns settings of system table. Analyzed on cyclic process of traditional villages’protection special standard system in implementation phase.
