In the 21st century, the competition between enterprises is increasingly focus on the competition for talents. Managers hope that employees could accept and satisfied with the management, so as to promote the performance and retain person with ability, job satisfaction survey is a effective tool.The purpose is to find the structural factors of job satisfaction by exploratory factor analysis, and to find their contribution to the job satis-faction.By analysis the result of the survey, we can also find the weakness part of management.The research first used the Literature review method to arrange the job satisfaction definition, measurement, questionnaire.Based on Arnol and Feldman’s and other researchs on the strutural factors,we selected a large number of evaluation index.Then by using the interviewing method on part of the employees and experts,researcher finally develop a questionnaire by using summation score.Some items are modified according to pretest results. Secondly, formal measure was implemented,1323 valid questionnaires were returned.Researcher use the principal component analysis to extract the factors four times, finally five factors are extracted and they make up for the five subscales of the questionnaire.,the five factors can explain 65% of the total variance.According the result we get a weighted algorithm of job satisfaction.On the use of the descriptive statistie alanalysis,fator analysis,reliability analysis,single-factor analysis of varianee, finally the following conclusions were got. On the basis of the survey results and the incentive theory, In the part of discussion the researcher propose the improvement suggestions.The conclusions of the study are:(1)The research developed the<job satisfaction questionnaire of H Pharmaceutical company> with a good reliability and validity,which can be used in further study.(2)According to the importance order from big to small,the five structural factors are:working conditions, enterprise honor, the relationship with leaders and colleagues, corporate culture, salary and welfare and performance management.(3)Employees are in general satisfied with the work. The company honor is with the highest satisfaction level, the next three is the the relationship with leaders and colleagues, corporate culture, working conditions,.Compared with the other factors, employees’satisfaction of "salary and welfare and performance management" showed the lowest level.(4)The expression for the comprehensive score is:Z= 0.233F1+0.218F2+0. 19F3+0.184F4+0.175F5(5) The influence factors of job satisfaction were:gender distinction, age, length of service, educational background, job position.
