| Internet technology has profoundly changed the track of world economic development.Since the implementation of the Internet plus strategy,China’s economy has shown the characteristics of digital industrialization and industrial digitalization.The digital music industry has also spawned,developed and expanded in this context.Digital music industry has the characteristics of digital industry,high degree of informatization,high level of human capital required by the industry and high industrial added value.At the same time,it also has the characteristics of traditional music industry,which is greatly limited by demand and difficult to protect copyright.In recent years,with the changes of China’s economic environment and social development,residents’ pursuit has gradually changed from material demand to spiritual demand,and the demand for entertainment consumption is growing,which provides a strong driving force for the development of digital music industry.After"Jianwang action 2015",the development of digital music industry shows a trend of normalization,but there is a lack of overall control over the future development direction and influencing factors of the industry.Based on the above considerations,with the help of the analytical framework of new structural economics,this paper deconstructs the factors affecting the development of digital music industry from the two aspects of "effective market" and"promising government",and analyzes it from the three aspects of economic environment,social development and industry policy,Select the panel data of various provinces in China from 2015 to 2019 in China Statistical Yearbook and China Statistical Yearbook of cultural relics and tourism to construct a two-way fixed effect model for empirical test.At the same time,considering the imbalance of regional development in China,the main factors affecting the digital music industry vary greatly in different regions.The variables are divided into three groups:the East,the middle and the West for heterogeneity analysis.Based on the above empirical analysis,it is found that the per capita disposable income of residents,the number of imports and exports of audio-visual and electronic products,the number of students in music education institutions,per capita entertainment consumption expenditure,the number of online music with independent intellectual property rights and the popularity of mobile phones have a significant positive impact on the development of digital music industry,while the number of cultural management institutions Regional public budget cultural media expenditure has a negative impact on the development of digital music industry.On the whole,"effective market" is a necessary prerequisite for the development of digital music industry.The market includes both supply and demand.The expansion of demand drives supply and demand comes first "Promising government"is an important prerequisite for the role of "effective market".Good government behavior can promote industrial development and growth and give necessary support to the industry.More importantly,the government’s regulatory behavior can promote market standardization,promote the orderly and healthy development of the industry,and promote the industry to form and improve its own comparative advantage.Finally,the paper puts forward targeted policy suggestions from three aspects:economic environment,social development and government behavior. |
