The Contemporary Folk Art Book Binding Design Research And Exploration

As an important component of Chinese national culture, the folk fine art which is the collection of Chinese honest folkway contains the psychological quality and spiritual quality of people in all ethnic groups and reflects the simple and plain aesthetic idea. The book of folk fine arts is not only a tool which contains characters and bears the weight of the artistic crystallization, but also an object which possesses endless attractions. Along with the development of times, this paper describes the new trend of book design and the diversified characteristics folk fine arts books show under this trend from the developmental viewpoint.
