| Abstract:The Thesis mainly studies Thematic Instruction model of teaching in American Chinese Language Flagship Program, discusses from the aspects of teaching object, teaching philosophy, curriculum, selected textbooks and teaching method, to see the teaching goal-setting, classroom and cultural experience achievement. Also by describing and analyzing the social practice and cultural experience in the program, concludes the features of cultural practice and experience, and corresponding arrangements and requirements. By acquiring students’evaluation through questionnaire, studies the mode of teaching which combines language teaching with cultural experience in Chinese Language Program, in expectation of providing references for teaching Chinese as a second language. |
