China devote its effort to the development of Chinese international promotion strategy, Master degree of Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages is part of this strategy.Adjacent to the southeast Asia, combined with the Chinese international promotion strategy and the strategy of " the Belt and Road Initiatives", and Thailand school education pay attention to Chinese, MTCSOL in Guangxi university insist on facing southeast Asia demand cultivating students with global view and specialized teaching ability of Chinese international education.This paper aimed at the teaching and management facing the southeast Asia MTCSOL as the research object, using the survey method, literature research and experience summary method investigated the construction of MTCSOL in Guangxi University, including the personnel training mode, teachers and students, the allocation of resources, quality assurance system, etc.Facing the southeast Asia MTCSOL set the curriculum system embodying its professional, practical feature and with regional characteristics. Attaches great importance to cultivate the students’cultural awareness and improve their ability of intercultural communication, cultural diffusion, pay more attention on Chinese teaching practice overseas. Full-time teachers of diverse disciplines background, and have a certain degree of international specifications. It has attracted and encouraged high quality students, select students who are interested and suitable for a career in Chinese international education. It has good employment prospects, most foreign students went back to their country to teach Chinese, most Chinese students go to the domestic colleges and universities, primary and secondary schools to teach, or to be employed by the enterprises and institutions, the quality assurance system includes relevant school managing department documents and the guiding policy of this professional area, the school quality assurance system for professional master’s is increasingly perfect.Training Chinese language teachers adapting to the overseas, mainly depends on three aspects, personnel training mode, teachers and the allocation of resources:First, MTCSOL should set up characteristic curriculum, should focus on training teaching and cultural skills, choose high quality students, classify cultivation and requirements.Second, it need full-time teachers who are able to adapt to MTCSOL teaching needs, take the initiative to improve themselves, improve the sense of mission, and guide students in accordance with the professional development direction.Three, its comprehensive, export-oriented characteristics improve the requirements on the allocation of resources and demand reasonable selection unit and resources integration. |
