China devote its effort to the development of Chinese international promotion strategy, Master degree of Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages is part of this strategy.Adjacent to the southeast Asia, combined with the Chinese international promotion strategy and the strategy of " the Belt and Road Initiatives", and Thailand school education pay attention to Chinese, MTCSOL in Guangxi university insist on facing southeast Asia demand cultivating students with global view and specialized teaching ability of Chinese international education.This paper aimed at the teaching and management facing the southeast Asia MTCSOL as the research object, using the survey method, literature research and experience summary method investigated the construction of MTCSOL in Guangxi University, including the personnel training mode, teachers and students, the allocation of resources, quality assurance system, etc.Facing the southeast Asia MTCSOL set the curriculum system embodying its professional, practical feature and with regional characteristics. Attaches great importance to cultivate the students’cultural awareness and improve their ability of intercultural communication, cultural diffusion, pay more attention on Chinese teaching practice overseas. Full-time teachers of diverse disciplines background, and have a certain degree of international specifications. It has attracted and encouraged high quality students, select students who are interested and suitable for a career in Chinese international education.
