Xinjiang Normal university began to adopt overseas students as MTCSOL since 2009,since now on it has been formed overseas students cultivating as the regional feature,the students are mainly from central Asia and the surrounding areas of central Asia.However,due to the lack of knowledge of the major of MTCSOL before entering university,students’ motivation of coming to China are various,intention on future profession is not clear,which,to a certain extend,affects the realization of the processional training goal.In addition,teacher’s teaching method and skill,curriculum,students’ practice,graduation thesis writing also affect the training status to varying degrees.The paper’s research method is based on the literature,the questionnaire,the data analysis,and the interview.Based on the comparative analysis of the new version and the old training program on the overseas MTCSOL students,interview n research were proceeded among the students of 2016 year and 2015 year,and some of the graduated students.This paper summarizes the detailed analysis of the contents of the interview and the servery data.According to this analysis from different aspects of the factors affecting the status,to know the characteristics and advantages of Xinjiang Normal University,and to figure out the the existing problems and shortcomings,the goal of which is to promote suggestions for the training program,and to improve the effect of training.This paper is divided into five chapters:The first chapter is introduction,explains the purpose and the significance of the topic,stats the status of domestic research;The second chapter is training program analysis,by comparing the new version to the old one,to find the differences on training objectives and curriculum setting,sum up the characteristics the new training program,and provide direction and guidance for the following chapters.The third chapter is the present situation analysis,this paper analyze and summarize the current training status of five aspects:students study,teachers’ teaching,curriculum,students’ practice and paper writing,based on the fact that we get from interview and servery on overseas MTCSOL students.The forth chapter is analysis on the the factors that affect the achievement of the training objectives,which includes the learners,curriculum,the teachers,students’ practice and evaluation.while analyzing,put forward suggestions.Chapter five put up conclusions:first,to guide students’ demand for study and enhance a sense of professionalism;second,to adjust the curriculum and highlight the characteristics of MTCSOL;third,a diversity in the teaching staff and guidance from teacher in and out ofXinjiang Normal University;forth,build practice platform in and abroad and to adjust practice time;fifth,improve learning by evaluation and to improve self-directed learning ability;sixth,...
