| Drug problem as a global probiem has multiple effects on individuals and their environment. According to the National Narcotics Control Commission issued in 2015,《2014 China Drug Situation Report》 point out that China’s drug addicts younger age and pluralism, diversification of the types of drugs and so on. Sustained by the international narcotics proliferation and impact of variety of domestic factors, China’s drug situation is still not optimistic. On the one hand, addictive behaviors as a repetitive obsessive-compulsive behavior, which bring individual poverty, poor health, premature mortality, social exclusion and marginalization, and then place the family breakdown, domestic violence, ill-treatment or unsafe living conditions in the community. On the other hand, the addicts as a special group with some particular personality characteristics and negative emotions, whose the complexity and variability of family backgrounds and social relations will have a major effects on addictive behavior. In addition, ecological systems theory focuses on the relationship between individual development and the environment, emphasizing its active mode only exists in a layer of environmental systems, but in multi-system environment by direct or indirect interplay with the interaction, thereby affecting the individual development. Therefore, the present research took male drug addicts from Suzhou forced detoxitication institute as the object, designed two experiments to investigate the effects of different levels of environmental systems of individual addictive behavior. In study 1, male addicts peer pressure questionnaire was revised by exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis. In study 2, addictive behavior mental model was studied by hierarchical regression analysis and bootstrapping, which adopted drug abuse motivation and drug abuse treatment motivation as the dependent variable, and the family environment, peer pressure, sensation seeking as independent variable. Results and conclusions are as follows:(1) 6 components of the Male Addicts Peer Pressure Questionnaire were extracted, which were school activities, heterosexual intercourse, delinquent behavior, peer norms compliance, household activities and extracurricular activities and the total explanation was 50.569%. The reliability and validity of the questionnaire basically meeted the requirements, but still needed to be revised.(2) Family environment has a negative impact on the motivation of drug abuse and has a positive effects on motivation of treatment.(3) Peer pressure mediated the effect of family environment and drug abuse motivation.(4) The interacting effect on drug abuse motivation and peer pressure are moderated by sensation seeking.(5) There is a moderated mediation model : sensation seeking moderated the mediating effect of peer pressure between family environment and motivation of drug abuse. The indirect effect was stronger for addicts with high sensation seeking than for those with low sensation seeking.In summary, the present study integrated personal factors, social factors with family factors to explore addicts psychological dependence. At the same time, it is also further explore and try in the mental model of addictive behavior research. |
