Therefor the research of landscape planning and design is of great important significance.Based on Yongzhou snake cultural industry Park case studies, study on planning and design of cultural industrial park and discuss from related theories and case analysis.Through the access of information, documentation and field investigation methods, fully master the basic information of the park, including good natural resources, rich historical culture resources and convenient transportation resources. Summarize and abstract special snake culture as representatives of elemental symbols, so as mining the Liu Zongyuan culture and the wine culture. Using the comprehensive analysis method to analyze the profile of special snake cultural industry development, the existing landscape resource, development advantages and disadvantages of the industry park etc. Summarize the problems of the existing application in snake culture and the present situation of landscape construction.On this basis, the article concludes a design concept which depends on "The land, history and humanities". Moreover, it comes up with a design idea, which is "Culture is the soul, industry is the support, and landscape is the characteristic", making a planning and design program that is saving-cost, realistic and environment-friendly for the problems existing in the park.The project has achieved the following results:(1) Theoretical research of Cultural Industrial Park. The article summarizes the references about the development of the research at home and abroad. The foreign research of Cultural Industrial Park has an earlier start and a novel theory. In comparison, the domestic research has a later start but a more rapid development. This article makes a brief summary on the designing methods and points of the park, finding a way to embody the design of the park with the formal designing process, investigating a method to build a characteristic cultural industrial park by utilizing Landscape aesthetic principle and plant landscape planning and design theory, and making a comprehensively theoretical fundamental for the paper.(2)Investigation of field general situation. The basic situation of the field research of the snake culture industrial park in Yongzhou, pointing at the problems on the local characteristics of culture, the landform, the hydrology, plant resources, location, the application status of the characteristic culture of different snake, the development status of the snake culture industrial park in Yongzhou, make SWOT analysis. The characteristics of the local culture is generalized, such as the ancient city of Yongzhou culture, the Liu Zongyuan culture, the wine culture, and extract the snake culture as the main culture of the industrial park.
