With the continuous development of the informationization and globalization,different kinds of values and culture interpenetrating in many ways. On the one hand,the change promote the development of global integration, on the other hand,instability is also caused by rapid growth, within the scope of international crisisevent frequency is obviously rising trend. From the United States of the “9.11” terrorattacks to Moscow’s collective hostage crisis, the crisis has been a wake-up call tomankind, and pose a serious challenge to the government crisis management.As Alan Jay Zaremba puts it,"the crisis communication means in the event of acrisis to internal and external audience to obtain what they need most all kinds ofinformation, is part of crisis management." Effective crisis communication can helpreshape government organization image. At present, our country is in a period ofsocial transition, the occurrence of crisis event is so diversified and complicated,further understanding the characteristics of social public crisis during the period oftransition, strengthen the government effectively, timely and ability to handlesocial crises peacefully, has become in the future a certain period of time thegovernments at all levels must attach great importance to the major challenges of ourcountry.In this paper, from the angle of information communication, in-depth analysisof the problems existing in the information communication in the crisis managementand puts forward the corresponding countermeasures, trying to find a can try in theprecious experience of China’s public crisis management.
