The Research On China’s Urban Flowing Population Management Based On The Collaborative Governance

With the speeding up of the development of our socialist market economy and industrialization, urbanization, social mobility is greatly enhanced members. According to statistics, in2011the total population in China is close to230000000, reached a new record high, accounting for17%of the total population. The management issues are also increasingly prominent, not only directly related to social stability, but also related to the country’s long period of stability.In this paper, under the guidance of the theory of cooperative governance, on China’s current outstanding problems in the management of the floating population is analyzed, and based on review of international experience of management of the floating population and our local innovation, put forward the improvement countermeasures and suggestions to our country city floating population management.This paper is divided into five parts. The first part mainly discusses the research on the topic of this paper, significance, and defines the basic concepts, a brief introduction of the collaborative governance theory. The second part mainly discusses the history and reality of our country city floating population management. The third part mainly discusses the problems of the current management of the floating population in our city. The fourth part mainly discusses the international experience and the local innovation of floating population management. The fifth part puts forward the countermeasures to improve the management of floating population in our city.
