Cause And Countermeasure Study Of Contemporary Chinese Mass-incidents

At present, with the deepening of China’s reform and opening up, social contradictions gradually showing the complexity and diversity of features. In recent years, the number of mass incidents increases, which has attracted the attention of the government and society. It’s very necessary to do research on mass incidents for the innovation of social management and the construction of a harmonious society. It has become a major national strategic issue.This paper, including about 40,000 words, is divided into four parts to study the background and significance of the current mass incidents, and the connotation and hazards of contemporary Chinese mass incidents, the occurrence of the underlying causes of a comprehensive analysis on the basis of the proposed related countermeasures to solve mass incidents. The first part discusses the background and significance of the study group events, and research status, and then propose research ideas and methods described herein; Second part is divided into four sections, and respectively discussed the connotation of Chinese mass incidents, characteristics, types and hazard; In the third part, the theory of mass incidents described on the basis of in-depth analysis of contemporary China. We raised four causes of mass incidents, including social, institutional mechanisms, management and legal levels; Part four, by more than two section’s analysis, combined with mass incidents of domestic success stories, it describes related countermeasures to resolve mass incidents in the view of social, institutional mechanisms, management, law.This paper studies the mass incidents in a complex social system, with the following innovations. First, it’s the innovation of topics. For the academic status of cluster attacks abroad on various issues raised less research, the author will be used as a relatively independent theoretical research areas, and strive to build a preliminary analysis framework. Second, it’s innovative research methods. Existing academic research on mass incidents has more single method described occupy a larger proportion of research. But this paper put it down to a complex social system research, integrated case studies, comparative studies and other methods to try to explore an emergency response path.
