Study On The Social Work Intervention In Pension Problems Of Landless Elderly

With the rapid development of urbanization, the number of landless elderly continues to expand. After the development of houses in the countryside, most of them were placed in the returned district of the city. S community is a typical city of Hefei moving back district. Since 2005, in response to the construction of urbanization slogan, Hefei began to vigorously carry out "illegal", "big building". In the process, S community was born. S community faced with serious issues of population aging. Through the relevant data survey, the total population of S community in 2013 reached nearly 20%, of which the aged population accounted for 40000 of the total population. Since the-2008 community has been built, the elderly population continues to grow. S community elderly are landless personnel. How to successfully make so many old people enjoy their twilight years, safeguard their interests are not lost, how to properly solve the pension problem, the in land acquisition and relocation to the old-age insurance, medical care, enjoy music, worthiness, is an important problem in today’s society is worth paying attention to, and it is urgently to be solved. In order to further find out the landless elderly people s community survival condition and the retirement life encountered problems, increase of landless elderly in community movements on the intensity of care, using the investigation methods of questionnaire, observation and individual access to participate in field survey of s community. Social work as a helping service activities, in adhering to the social work ethics and value foundation, pay more attention to how to use the theory and method of social work plays an important role in practical field to help vulnerable groups to solve the problem. Through the questionnaire survey and interviews of the statistics, analysis and sorting, using the social work related theory and method of s community landless elderly pension problems and the diversification of pension demand conducted a comprehensive analysis. The loss of land makes the elderly in the S community facing economic help, daily life care and spiritual comfort and other aspects of the pension needs. The survey also found that the current s community family endowment is gradually weakened, community care and immature, social endowment mechanism is not perfect. Aiming at these problems, the use of social work intervention method, in ascension landless elderly self quality and family endowment ability at the same time, improve the level of community service and called for government and society pay close attention to landless elderly pension issues, efforts to build and perfect old-age security system of landless elderly, allow landless elderly people have a peace of mind, a better life.
