| With the acceleration of the aging of urban population and the reduction of family pension function,the demand for social pension service is increasing.Because there are still many problems to be settled,such as the number of pension institutions is insufficient,the management system is unreasonable,the community pension mechanism is unsound,and the overall development level is not high,the urban home-based pension service mode has been selected by more and more elderly people.By consulting and sorting out the relevant policies,laws and documents,this study has a preliminary understanding of the current situation of the home-based elderly care service in China.On this basis,taking L community of Tangshan as an example,this paper uses the theory of demand hierarchy to analyze and evaluate the demand of home-based elderly care service.The method of group work is used in the process of practical intervention.Under the guidance of the theory of advantage perspective,this paper studies the problems that exist in the community home-based elderly care service.Through the in-depth interview and investigation of the elderly in L community,it is known that the needs of the elderly in urban community are diversified,including daily life care,support in economy,care of medicine and care,spiritual comfort and social participation,as well as some personalized pension needs to meet the special elderly.The analysis concluded that the elderly need higher spiritual comfort and social participation.This study initially formed the following aspects of understanding: Firstly,there are still some problems in the supply and demand of L community home-based elderly care service.The service supply of thecommunity and the elderly care demand cannot be precisely matched.Secondly,it is necessary and feasible for social work to intervene in L community home-based elderly care service.Thirdly,with the participation of multiple supply subjects and social workers,using group work method to intervene in community home-based elderly care service is conducive to improving the deficiencies in community home-based elderly care service and establishing an effective community home-based elderly care service mode.The effective on-the-spot intervention of social work in urban community home-based elderly care service can not only improve the accuracy and specialization of community elderly care service,but also improve the efficiency and quality of elderly care service,and it can effectively link various social resources to help the development of community home-based elderly care service.The introduction of this paper mainly describes the background of the topic,research content and significance,document review and discussion,main theoretical tools and research methods.The first chapter,through the preliminary investigation and collection of field data,makes a detailed introduction and analysis of the general situation of L community and the development of home-based elderly care service in Tangshan,and finds that the home-based elderly care service of L community has already formed,but there are still many deficiencies.The second chapter involves in the process of home-based elderly care service in L community from the perspective of social work.After analyzing the advantages and functions of social work involved in the community and combined with the needs of the elderly for home-based elderly care service,the logical framework of group work intervention that aims at solving the specific problems existing in the community home-based elderly care service is formulated.Five group activities are carried out,and the process of activities is recorded,analyzed and evaluated in detail.The third chapter summarizes the influence of social work in urban community home-based elderly care service and the shortcomings in the process of reflection research.Combing the ideas of group activity intervention,getting some enlightenment on improving the social work practice to intervene in the urban community home-based elderly care service.The community should pay attention to the improvement of residents' recognition of social work,increase the publicity of social work by using the online and offline resources of the community,pay attention to the construction of professional home-based elderly care service personnel with with community features and merits,and raise the quality and level of home-based elderly care service in the community.Social workers should assess the needs of the elderly systematically and accurately,coordinate different supply subjects,integrate home-based elderly care service resources,pay attention to tap their own resources,promote the realization of the old people's self-value,give full play to the internal advantages of the elderly group and establish a mutual aid group to build a stable internal support network.The suggestions,like the elderly should change their own ideas and take an active participation in community home-based care service projects,aim to raise the level of the elderly life,and boost the progress of home-based care service for the elderly in the community towards specialization,localization and accuracy. |
