The Research Of The Social Work Intervention On Community Home Pension Service Under The Platform Of "Wisdom Pension"

With the emergence and rapid development of new generation of information technologies,such as the Internet,Internet of things and cloud computing,that have been introduced into the traditional old-age care service industry.And forming a new type of "Internet+pension" elderly pension mode,providing a safer,more comfortable,convenient and healthy life support service for the elderly.At present,The combination of community home care service and smart pension service platform is adopted to meet the diversified needs of the elderly in the C community.However,the process of community pension service also faces some challenges,including the wisdom of the elderly pension service platform social participation is low.At the same time,pension service platform service content is not comprehensive,lack of the spirit of the spiritual support activities.This article take the elderly as the research object,using questionnaire survey method to analyze the current situation and demand of the elderly in the community under the smart pension service platform.It is found that there is a low level of awareness of the elderly in the neighborhood,and cognitive deviation of the use of the service platform to a certain degree.This paper mainly uses the social work group method and combines the professional skills.And use social work value to set up a series of "smart endowment" activity groups,mainly education,in the community.The main purpose is to improve the understanding of the elderly,changing the cognitive deviation of the elderly on the smart pension service.And that meet the elderly needs of diversified spiritual and cultural.Then using hierarchy of needs theory and the Social Support network theory,according to the actual needs of them,Combined with the convenient service in the smart service platform and the social mutual support network for the elderly in the community life platform.To provide reasonable suggestions for them in the aspects of diversified demand,and enrich their spiritual and cultural activities.In general terms,The social worker use group working methods,aimed at the problem of lower community participation within the old society,through four team and a large community activities,improve the elderly community endowment service society participation.In the process of helping the elderly will enhance self-value,meet the demands of a higher level of spiritual,explore its own potential at the same time.
