Study On The Coordinated Development Of Social Commonweal Organizations Under The View Of Innovation Management

Social management innovation is an important measure during social transition period to break development dilemma, construct new social management mode, and set up the harmonious society mechanism. Social commonweal organization, as one of main innovation management parts, because of its service’s diversification, "down to earth" and other characteristics, gets universal focus and attention, and becomes an important force in government functions transformation. And it is also a necessary support in market economic system. With the concept of joint development, the paper unites public commonweal organizations and the government, enterprises and universities etc. to maximize the advantages of public commonweal organizations, and promote the prosperity and development of social commonweal. This is an important research field in the current and future period.From the view of innovating social management, the paper explores recent experience and achievements acquired by social commonweal organizations, and the dilemma caused by external and internal reasons in the development process during social transition. Multi dimensional collaborative development is an important countermeasure.
