The Mode Exploration Of Public Institutions Providing About "Three Noes" Aged With Intervention Under The Perspective Of Social Work Empowering

With elderly population growth, the number of "three noes" elderly people haveincreased year by year. The institution model of providing for the aged has becomethe first choice for "three noes" of the elderly, while under the condition that agedpeople can not be supplied in family services and the community also under bigpressure of providing welfare. When received much national and social concern, theestablishment of public old-age care institutions can help those "three noes" oldpeople who unable to work or has no income and dependents.The paper try to analyze "three noes" old people’s living condition and theirrequirement based on the developing condition of public old-age care institutions. Bytaking practice in S welfare house, the author observed that there are plenty ofconflicts between old people with nursing assistant, and "three noes" old people’s selfefficacy with operating system in institutions. What’s more, another problem inold-age care is the institution pay much attention on old people’s material needs whileignore their spiritual requirement, so that cause old people who living in welfarehouse has the feeling of no power. Also has bad influence on old-age people’s caredevelopment. Some relevant research showed, when old people care institution usingthe profession value and working skill of social work, and giving part of power toelderly people, it has great positive effect on increasing their self efficacy and helpinginstitution to provide better service to them.So the author came up with the study topic about ‘The mode exploration of public institutions providing about "three noes" aged with intervention under the per spective of social work empowering’. First of all, by studying the theory basic about empowering perspective, the author has analyzed the possibility of empowering intervention. Then by carrying out social case work and series of socialgroup activities to confirm that perspective of empowering can really help "three noes" aged people to realize the problem and requirement they faced. In addition, this professional perspective can also help "three noes" old people to increase their confidence on fighting against those difficulties happened in life andmake they feel satisfied with the living environment. Finally, evaluate the intervention effect that under the perspective of social work empowering, and try to put some strategies of how to increase old people life quality under social workempowering perspective.
