Research Collaboration Mechanisms About Pension Institutions And Family

In recent years, with economic development, social progress, population aging has become a real problem facing our country. Elderly population base, fast growth, aging trends turn toward the pension problem to be solved in this situation. Disability, long-term disability half-life care and care of the elderly reflect the sharp increase of the elderly on Social Security and pension services needs. However, the current limitation of the weakening of family and community care retirement pension function determines the performances of both the elderly are not well taken care of daily living function. In this case it is needed a way to share the social pension and family pension functions to meet the needs of the elderly pension, pension institutions in the government’s energetic efforts into the lives of elderly people. After the old man into the pension agency, they got the professional life care but not to feel around and spiritual solace of affection, more likely to have a sense of loneliness. Pension needs of older persons not only have material security need emotional support from family. We can say that the pension needs to double the material and spiritual support. So, how to make pension institutions and the establishment of effective collaboration between the family relationship in order to achieve a balance between the two functions, so that the elderly not only meet the needs of instrumental and meet the emotional needs became the focus of the article.Based on this, I chosen E.Litwak’s conclusions about theory of balance and the sharing of responsibility as a guide, in-depth discussion of the pension agency and family responsibilities in terms of their commitment to care for the elderly and the problems, and through the involvement of professional social workers, explore effective cooperation mechanism between pension institutions and family to propose the strong operational implementation of the recommendations.The study used qualitative research method, by Baotou XS apartments for the elderly’s leader, social workers, the elderly and their families, in-depth interviews, collected more extensive research data. The analysis shows that: pension institutions in the protection of the elderly and family life have played an indispensable role; both sides have many deficiencies actions. Recipients of both forces are elderly, but, under the influence of a number of factors, both sides continued to maintain a smooth channel of communication and coordination mechanism is also very difficult. Based on the findings, combined with theoretical considerations, I believe that collaboration mechanism between the pension agency and the family should be divided into two categories: one is the daily service coordination mechanisms, mainly refers to the routine of daily living conditions for the elderly stay feedback and communication and customary affairs. The other is the formal collaboration mechanism, mainly refers to the elderly unexpected situation(such sudden illness, etc.) to take a collaborative approach. The daily collaboration mechanism includes three aspects: firstly, pension institutions need to create a platform mechanisms, services and incentive mechanisms. Secondly, elderly family members agreed to establish a mechanism for family. Thirdly, old structures messenger mechanism. The formal collaboration mechanism includes authorization mechanisms, emergency handling mechanism and reporting mechanisms.In the process of establishing collaborative relationships, social workers play a vital role. So, I learned from the role of social workers and their applications are given corresponding recommendations in both the micro and macro levels.
