Since the reform and opening up, China’s socialist political and economic construction has made remarkable achievements, but the phenomenon of corruption is constantly emerging, and become the trend of spread. With the great progress of our country modernization construction, why does corruption become more serious? With the China’s efforts to increase the punishment of corruption, why does corruption have not been effectively suppressed? There are many factors that produce and spread corruption, but one of the most important reasons is that people have a idea of the value of corruption in their minds. This is the cultural root of corruption. So, how can we make people’s values change, establish the correct concept, build a clean and honest culture is today’s anti-corruption needed to be carefully analyzed and resolved. Therefore, it is of great significance to deeply study the problem of corruption from the cultural perspective, especially to the immediate anti-corruption work in China.From the cultural perspective, this paper studies the influence of culture on the corruption of our country by using the viewpoint and method of Marxism. The thesis is divided into five chapters. The first chapter, to begin with the reality of China’s corruption, the necessity analysis of corruption in our country from the perspective of culture is carried out; the second chapter, integrated opinions of all kinds of research scholars at home and abroad, propose a detailed overview of the connotation, characteristics, classification, present situation and harm of corruption and understand that corruption has become an obstacle to the progress of society; the third chapter analyses the main reasons of the culture behind the corruption in China, namely the "official-oriented" ideology, family culture, jungle law, consumption culture; the fourth chapter, according to the above analysis, put forward the corresponding proposals of today China’s socialist culture of integrity construction. In the fifth chapter, the paper summarizes the paper.Social consciousness reacts to social existence. Therefore, the struggle against corruption must strengthen the construction of socialist culture, cultivate the citizen’s anti-corruption consciousness, form a nice social atmosphere, and promote progress of social civilization.
